PURPOSE

  • The immersion unit allows application of manganese and zinc phosphate coating to the box and individual elements of bottom-hole assemblies by immersion
  • The spraying unit allows application of manganese and zinc phosphate coating to the pin sections of pipes (tubing, casing, drilling pipe) by spraying.
  • The unit is perfect for working on pipes up to 762 mm in diameter.
  • The system is suitable for unprepared workshops thanks to its advanced ventilation system, built-in vapor removal and aspiration system.
  • The system is operated with microcontrollers that are adjustable to the Customer’s process.
  • Dry heaters simplify servicing no need to drain the baths thanks to hot swapping.
  • The unit is made fully from high-grade stainless steel guaranteed for many years of operation.
  • Programmable reporting system uses a built-in ticket printer to simplify reporting and top-to-bottom control process.
  • Our systems have successful field experience in the pipe industry of Russia and CIS.

Electric control cabinet with the operator’s touch screen installed in the front door to allow process control. The cabinet is equipped with lights to indicate the mode of operation.

Six galvanic baths:
  • Degreasing bath is equipped with four electric heaters to heat up the solution, temperature sensor and electrical valve to turn on the compressed air bubbling.
  • Flushing bath.
  • Activation bath.
  • Phosphating bath with 4 electric heaters to heat up the solution, temperature sensor and electrical valve to turn on the compressed air bubbling.
  • Second phosphating bath with 4 electric heaters to heat up the solution, temperature sensor and electrical valve to turn on the compressed air bubbling.
  • Flushing bath.
